Where Can I Buy Tickets?
You can only buy tickets online here & in the following vancouver / north-vancouver stores: tera v burger, buddha-full (both locations), guava wellness spa, and in store + online at vegan SUPPLY.
Are there charging stations for my phone?
Yes. but you need to byo charging cable.
Can I bring my own food into the festival?
you can bring your own vegan food to the camping area. please store your vegan food in your vehicle (this is important for bear safety). please note that vehicles will not be parked beside tents this year. all vehicles (parking and car camping) are in the gravel parking lot, which is approximately 125 meters away from the festival entrance & camping area. travel between parking lot and festival entrance is via a paved walking and bike path.
we have one bear-safe food bin in the camping area. this will be reserved for car-less attendees. please do not leave any personal food, camping equipment, toothpaste (or anything that has a scent) out unattended at any times - for bear safety.
Is drinking water available at the festival?
Yes. Bring your own reusable water bottle and fill it up at the festival.
Are yoga mats provided for the classes & workshops?
no. byo yoga mat.
are there accessible washrooms at the festival?
yes.

there are showers next door at brennan park community centre (as well as A HOT TUB AND STEAM ROOM)! IT’S A FEW MINUTES WALK AWAY. SHOWERING & AQUATIC CENTRE HOURS: FRI, 7-9PM / SAT, 12:15PM-8PM / SUN, 9AM-8PM. DROP-IN PRICE RANGE FOR KIDS-ADULTS: $3.26-$5.75. FAMILY PASS (2 ADULTS & 4 KIDS): $12.75. PRICES INCLUDE AQUATIC CENTRE, HOT TUB, STEAM ROOM, & SHOWERS.
Is the event rain or shine?
yes. in case of rain, us: provide as much SHELTER / coverage as possible. you: bring lots of extra dry layers and set up your tent properly to keep things dry. everyone: dancing in the rain!!! ALSO ENJOY THE HOT TUB & STEAM ROOM NEXT DOOR AT BRENNAN PARK COMMUNITY CENTRE :)
Are dogs permitted at the festival?
Yes. pease keep them with you at all times and pick up their poop!
Is this festival Accessible?
we are mostly on grass this year, with the surface being uneven in some areas. there is a gravel pathway circling the camping and wellness stage area that leads to camper tents, an accessible toilet, food storage bin, and covered seating area.
access to the main stage, food vendors, bar, aerial silks and pottery studio is by grass field.

if you require a vehicle beside your tent or assistance unloading for accessibility reasons, please email us. this arrangement would require early load-in (Friday afternoon).
